Tencarva Machinery Company has acquired Fischer Process Industries, a US distributor of pumps, valves and process tools servicing Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia.

Headquartered in Loveland, Ohio, with additional places in Alpharetta, Georgia; Owensboro, Kentucky; Marietta, Ohio; and Indianapolis, Indiana, Fischer Process provides full purposes engineering capability and complete repair and repair centres for rotating tools and liquid dealing with gear in each of its places.
Fischer Process’s present administration staff, including president Ken Fischer, will stay with the corporate.
