Alton Smith has joined Sundyne as regional gross sales supervisor for North and Latin America, focusing on the chemical and industrial (C&I) markets.

In his new position, Smith will strengthen customer dealing with initiatives and work with Sundyne’s inner teams to broaden across the C&I space.

He has worked extensively with EPCs, OEMs and finish users within the renewable energy, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical and power technology markets.
Prior to Sundyne, Smith served as vice president of sales for Fluid Sealing International, the place he developed methods to strengthen & develop distributor gross sales, whereas also overseeing coaching and applications assist. He previously served as a regional sales manager for EKATO Systems. Smith began his career at Flowserve Corp’s Seal Division and has also labored with midstream oil & fuel OEMs at EagleBurgmann and John Crane Inc.
