Industrial Flow Solutions is shopping for Dreno Pompe, a designer and manufacturer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, based mostly in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of private equity firm May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid management options for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is house to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and management solution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired last October.
