The Swiss engineering group believes that the sanctions towards its two entities in Poland are erroneous and says that Vekselberg has no control or ownership of any Sulzer entity.
The company says it will continue to do everything in its energy to petition for a elimination from the sanctions record, while absolutely complying with the sanctions currently levied in opposition to Sulzer Pumps Wastewater Poland and Sulzer Turbo Services Poland.
Sulzer has 192 staff in Poland and the group is constant to provide support to the households impacted by the local Polish sanctions.
If the suspension had been to last, the potential impact on Sulzer’s sales is proscribed to CHF21 million, which represents zero.6% of the group’s whole gross sales in 2021.
Sulzer just isn’t sanctioned in some other nation or legal entity.
