FLSmidth has signed a DKK950 million contract with ShalkiyaZinc to supply mineral processing equipment, together with mill circuit pumps, for a greenfield zinc-lead concentrator at its zinc and lead mine in the Kyzylorda area of Kazakhstan.
The equipment will remodel the plant right into a world-class facility that effectively separates minerals with a minimised environmental influence.
