AVT Reliability enhances digital monitoring

AVT Reliability’s Machine Sentryhas enhanced its Cloud-based situation monitoring offering with the launch of Machine Sentry2.5.
The newest developments improve Android functions of the system and include integration with Bluetooth low energy (LE) sensors from any manufacturer, support for model new, advanced oil quality and vibration sensors and a simplified measurement import software programme interface (API).
In addition to using MSF-1, a Machine Sentry sensor, companies utilizing the Android utility can now add any brand of sensor to the system, by simply copying the sensor definition to the Android device’s inner storage and opening it. Once loaded, เกวัดแรงดัน will be ready to collect measurements in the identical means as MSF-1.
Machine Sentry 2.5 also permits enhanced oil quality and vibration monitoring capability with the addition of two new compatible sensors. The Tandelta oil quality sensor, connected through the Tandelta OQD Express show, means the oil situation can be monitored in situ with out having to extract a pattern and ship it to the lab. Wear or contamination is measured in real time to an accuracy of 0.001%.
