Atlas Copco has agreed to accumulate National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US manufacturer of commercial vacuum pumps and packages for mobile use on tanker trucks.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs around 100 people.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, permitting us to enter the currently untapped cellular vacuum market,’’ stated Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
