Acquisition will add to Dover’s single-use part offering

Dover has entered into a definitive settlement to accumulate Malema Engineering Corp, a US designer and manufacturer of high-precision, mission-critical flow-measurement and control instruments for the biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial sectors.

Malema’s products will increase Dover’s biopharma single-use manufacturing offering, which already contains Quattroflow pumps, CPC connectors, and em-tec flowmeters.
Based in Boca Raton, Florida, and with facilities in San Jose, California, Singapore, South Korea and India, Malema expects to generate roughly US$40 million–45 million in revenue in the course of the full year 2022.
When the deal closes, Malema will turn into part of the PSG business unit inside Dover’s Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
